Tickets

Anfield home tickets are members-only by default. Travelling supporters typically use hospitality packages, accredited resale or their own club's away allocation.

Stadium tours run on non-matchdays and most home matchdays before kick-off.

Stands and where to sit

The four sides of Anfield are the Kop (singing end), Anfield Road (recently expanded), the Main Stand (modernised in 2016), and the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand. The Kop is the most atmospheric, but the Main Stand offers the best overall sightlines for first-time visitors.

Away fans are housed in the Anfield Road end with around 3,000 seats. The view is excellent and the segregation well-organised.

Getting to Anfield

There is no rail link to Anfield; most travelling fans use taxis, ride-share or the Soccerbus from Sandhills station (running on matchdays). Allow 20-25 minutes from the city centre by car on matchday.

After the game, taxis are scarce — walking 15 minutes back towards Stanley Park or queuing at the official rank near The Albert is usually faster than waiting outside the ground.
