General-sale tickets at Anfield sell out almost instantly to members. The most reliable routes for visiting fans are the official Hospitality packages, accredited resale marketplaces and authorised travel partners that bundle tickets with hotels.
Away allocations are 3,000 seats in the Anfield Road end. If your club is the visiting side, apply through your own club's away ticket scheme first — that is always the cheapest and safest option.

Matchday in Liverpool
Pre-match drinks happen all over the city. The Sandon, The Park and The Albert sit within minutes of the ground; the Baltic Triangle and Ropewalks are popular with travelling supporters who want to drink in the centre before catching a taxi up. Allow 20-25 minutes by cab from the city centre on matchday — traffic builds up around Stanley Park two hours before kick-off.
After the final whistle, head back into the centre for a pint and a curry on Bold Street, or out to the Baltic Market for street food. Sunday games leave plenty of time for the Beatles tour, Albert Dock and a walk along the waterfront the next day.
